We would like to inform you how on the POLCAR Trailers website we use the data provided in the correspondence and the technologies necessary to display the website.

What data do we process and why?
If you contact us, we process the data provided in the message: name and surname, e-mail address, optionally company name and telephone number, and the content of the inquiry. In connection with the use of the website, technical server logs may also be created, such as IP address, date of request and browser information.
We use data from correspondence to respond to inquiries, prepare an offer and take action before concluding a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR), as well as to conduct correspondence and possibly establish or defend claims in our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR). We process data required to be stored by law on the basis of Art. 6 section 1 letter c GDPR.
Providing data is voluntary, but without contact details and message content we will not be able to respond. The form sends the message directly through the website when you press the send button.
Recipients and storage time
The data may be received by entities operating hosting, e-mail and IT infrastructure to the extent necessary to provide these services, as well as entities authorized by law. We store correspondence for the time needed to handle the case, and then only for the period required by law or needed to establish, pursue or defend claims. Technical logs are stored in accordance with the hosting provider's policies.
Your rights
Within the limits provided for by the GDPR, you may request access to your data, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing and transfer, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can send the application to the e-mail address provided above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office: uodo.gov.pl.
We do not make solely automated decisions about people contacting us and we do not profile them in order to make such decisions.
